Thank you for choosing Xtream IPTV. We strive to offer high-quality IPTV services to all our customers. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before purchasing our services.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are only applicable if the service provided is not functional or if there is a technical issue from our side that cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
  • No refunds will be issued after 7 Days of activation.

2. Non-Refundable Services:

Any subscription purchased beyond the 24-hour window is considered non-refundable.
Trial packages are non-refundable.

Refunds do not apply if the issue is due to customer-side technical problems, such as device incompatibility, incorrect app configuration, or internet connectivity issues.

3. Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that no refunds will be issued for partial periods of use.

4. Process of Refund:

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at Support@xtreamiptv.tv.
Once approved, refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Returns:

No physical returns are applicable since our services are digital and delivered electronically.
