About Xtream IPTV

What we do

Xtream IPTV supplies internet television subscriptions to households across the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and beyond. A subscription provides more than nineteen thousand live channels and a substantial video-on-demand catalogue, delivered over ordinary broadband to hardware the subscriber already owns.

We are not a hardware company and we do not manufacture an app. What we operate is the delivery infrastructure and the support desk behind it, issuing credentials in the standard Xtream Codes format so that customers can use whichever player they prefer.

How the service is built

Streams are delivered from load-balanced servers across several regions with automatic failover. Popular fixtures receive additional capacity in advance, because the meaningful test of an IPTV service is not a quiet Tuesday afternoon but eight o'clock on a Saturday when a very large number of people request the same match simultaneously.

The channel lineup is maintained continuously rather than published as a static document. Broadcasters rename services, move feeds and occasionally disappear; keeping the list current is ongoing work rather than a one-off exercise, and changes propagate to subscribers' players automatically.

What we ask to be judged on

Three things, in order.

Peak-time stability. Anything streams well off-peak. We would rather be assessed during the busiest hour you actually watch, which is why we offer a free trial and encourage people to use it then.

Honest answers. If a channel is down we will say it is down, and if it is not coming back we will say that too. Vagueness at the point of sale produces refund requests later, which serves nobody.

What we do not claim

We do not claim a perfect record. Feeds drop occasionally across this entire industry, and any provider suggesting otherwise is overselling. We also do not publish invented customer testimonials or star ratings — if you want an opinion on the service, take the trial and form your own.
