Why there is no downloadable channel list

Broadcasters rename channels, change frequencies, split feeds and occasionally disappear. A spreadsheet of nineteen thousand entries published today would be materially wrong within a month, and a provider circulating one is either not maintaining it or hoping you never check.

We maintain the lineup continuously and push changes straight to your player, so what loads on your screen is the current picture rather than an archived document. If your subscription hinges on one particular channel or one foreign bouquet, ask us by name on live chat or WhatsApp before paying — you will get a straight yes or no, and the quality it runs at.

How the list is organised on your device

Once your player finishes loading, channels appear grouped into bouquets, which are essentially folders. Most are prefixed with a country or region code and then split by genre, so UK Sports, US Entertainment and AR News sit as separate groups. Some carry a quality suffix such as FHD, HD or SD.

The single most useful thing you can do in your first five minutes is hide the groups you will never watch. Every recommended player supports this, and a subscriber who only wants UK and US channels can turn an intimidating wall of bouquets into something that behaves like ordinary television. Build a favourites list of your regular fifteen or twenty channels at the same time and you will rarely open the full lineup again.

When a channel stops working

It happens, and being straightforward about it is more useful than pretending otherwise. An upstream source changes, a key rotates, a feed drops. Most interruptions resolve within minutes; where a source is permanently gone we replace it with an alternative.

What you should expect from a provider is not a flawless record — nobody has one — but a fast, honest answer. Report the channel by name and we will tell you whether it is a known issue, whether another feed carries the same content, and roughly when it should return.
